Logging in to My Pages

How To Log In

Log in with commission number / customer number and your password included with your order. Be sure to save this information for future logins and report access. If you are missing this information contact our Customer Service and we will assist you.

When you are logged in:

  • You can specify the property and location of the measurement, as well as the start and end date of the measurement period
  • You can verify / update the end date of the measurement when complete
  • You can view your measurement results and download the analytical report as PDF after your detectors have been analyzed
The measurement starts when you open the plastic pouch the detectors are packaged in.

Completing Your Measurement

When the desired measurement period is finished, sign in to My Pages and enter (or update) the end date/time as well as specify the individual responsible for the measurement. Then click Save & Continue.

Locating Your Report

Within 5-7 business days of receipt of your returned detector(s), the laboratory will analyze your return and issue a report of your measurement commission.Notification will be sent to the email address listed on the commission. You may also be able to retrieve your results by logging back in to your measurement commission on My Pages, depending on where the detectors were purchased.

If you do not receive an email notification of your report, and do not have access to the analytical report from your My Pages login, contact the company you purchased the detector(s) from.
